Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to track your package and monitor its progress until it reaches your doorstep. Clouded is not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, weather conditions, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible, we appreciate your understanding in the event of any unforeseen delays.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Clouded website. When you purchase a product from Clouded, you agree to these terms.
SHIPPING TERMS:
- You are responsible for submitting your correct shipping address and email address.
- You are solely responsible for purchasing a new USPS shipping label due to the following:
- An invalid entered shipping address.
- USPS stating that package is undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address.
- You are responsible for contacting the carrier (USPS) in reference to your tracking stating "delivered" but not able to locate. clouded is not responsible for lost, stolen, or deliveries once a package has left our possession.
- You will not be refunded for delayed shipment times.
PRODUCT INFORMATION:
- All t-shirts are standard mens sizes, 100% cotton t shirts (unless reported otherwise in products description).
- GENTLE WASH COLD/ AIR DRY (do not machine dry)
- Items created with high quality prints
- REFUND/ EXCHANGE: All sales are final. By placing an order on Clouded you agree and understand that you cannot modify, change, or request a refund.
- CANCELATIONS: Orders can not be canceled once placed.
